Italian Blend

Mellow Brazils with just a hint of walnut shell and mature off-the-green Centrals were made to be dark roasted together. Italian has a robust quality with burnished brown musky flavors, and a musk-dried peaches roundness. The darker roast brings out a chestnut complexity.
